The VSI Quick support application using TeamViewer will allow Vertical Software support staff to access your PC remotely after completing a one-time download. Once the application is ready, it will produce an ID# and unique password for you to provide VSI support for us to gain access. Place the downloaded application in a location on your PC that you will be able to locate for future use.
